Lemon Honey Tea CBD Recipe

We love tea here in the UK and tea enthusiasts could have the most relaxing stress-relieving brew they have ever tasted after adding CBD oil to their tea. Mint tea is overrated, lemon and honey is the new way to go. Zingy lemon juice for that extra kick and honey and CBD to soothe and relax. This is enough to have your friends around and chill out together!

Ingredients:

  • 1 tea bag
  • 5 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 20mg CBD oil
  • 4 glasses of water

Instructions:

  1. Boil the water
  2. Put the water in a large bowl and add the teabag, allowing it to diffuse until you get your despised tea.
  3. Add the honey and lemon and stir in well.
  4. Add several drops of CBD oil and serve.
Lemon Tea in CBD Recipes

CBD Chocolate Latte

If you don’t like coffee, this super easy CBD recipe is a great alternative to boost you at the beginning of the day.

Ingredients:

  • 235ml unsweetened milk (you can use other milk alternatives if you want)
  • 1 tbsp raw cacao powder or dark chocolate powder
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Salt to taste
  • A few drops of CBD oil

Instructions:

  1. Place all ingredients (excluding the CBD) in a small saucepan.
  2. Place the saucepan on the hob and bring to a simmer over medium heat, whisking constantly to prevent any lumps forming.
  3. Mix in the CBD oil after heated and serve in a cup or glass.

Golden Milk Recipe

This drink is one of our healthy recipes and it will give a great health boost to you. It contains turmeric, shown to prevent many ailments due to a component called curcumin[7]. The ginger also has excellent anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects.

Ingredients:

  • 235ml almond or coconut milk
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp maple syrup or raw honey
  • ¼ tsp ginger powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of finely ground nutmeg, black pepper, and clove
  • A few drops of CBD oil

Instructions:

  1. Add all of the ingredients (excluding the CBD oil) to a saucepan over low heat and bring to a simmer.
  2. Remove from the heat and add the CBD oil and stir well.
  3. Serve and enjoy!

CBD Recipes Salad Dressing

CBD Salad Dressing

There is no better way to keep an eye on your weight while still making recipes with a lovely flavor profile than this simple CBD oil salad dressing. This is excellent CBD salad dressing is a great addition over the top of salads for those trying healthy recipes and losing weight. 

Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 25mg CBD oil
  • 200ml olive oil
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 177ml orange juice
  • 177ml vinegar (preferably raspberry)
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until fully combined. 
  2. Dress your salad and serve. 

Mozzarella-Stuffed CBD Oil Meatballs

If you’re looking for a CBD recipe with a little more difficulty, this recipe is for you and makes a hearty meal for meat-lovers. 

Ingredients for the Sauce:

  • 84oz tomato pulp
  • 76g onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano

Ingredients for the Meatballs:

  • 1 lb ground beef (lean)
  • 1 lb spicy Italian sausage
  • 4 mozzarella cheese sticks (cut into 4-5 pieces)
  • 128g panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 76g onion (finely chopped)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder

Instructions:

  1. Combine all of the sauce ingredients into a saucepan. 
  2. Put the saucepan over the hob covered with a lid.
  3. Cook on the lowest setting for 50 minutes, occasionally stirring. 
  4. While the sauce is simmering, mix all of the meatball ingredients together thoroughly (excluding the mozzarella sticks) in a bowl. 
  5. Separate the beef mixture into balls around the size of a golf ball.
  6. Place a piece of mozzarella into the middle of the beef mixture and enclosed it into the centre of the meatball. Repeat with the remainder of the beef mixture. 
  7. Put the meatballs into the saucepan with the sauce and allow them to simmer for 3 hours, occasionally stirring. 
  8. Enjoy!

CBD Homemade Whipped Cream

This is a super easy CBD recipe. Homemade whipped cream is the perfect topper for desserts and it means you can add CBD oil to it!

Ingredients:

  • 237ml whipped cream
  • 50g icing sugar
  • 3 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 33mg of CBD

Instructions:

  1. Simply mix all of the ingredients together until a smooth mixture has been achieved (for the best results, use a mixer).
  2. Place in the fridge to keep cool before serving.
  3. Serve with the dessert of your choice.

CBD Oil Dark Chocolate Cookies

Are you a chocoholic? This could quickly become your favorite CBD recipe! If you want a CBD recipe that’s quick and easy and can be a snack on the go, these chocolate cookies should be great.

Ingredients:

  • 136g wheat flour
  • 100g crushed dark chocolate
  • 2 tbsps sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp vanilla essence
  • 230g of butter
  • Approximately 7 to 15 drops of CBD oil

Instructions:

  1. Add all of the dry ingredients together and mix together.
  2. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix together until fully incorporated.
  3. Separate cookie mixture into desired size.
  4. Line a baking pan with parchment and put the individual cookie mixtures onto the sheet, ensuring there is space between them.
  5. Cook on 180C/350F/Gas 4 for 20 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven and allow to cool before enjoying them!

Vegan Guacamole CBD Recipe

CBD-Infused Guacamole

Not only is this a delicious condiment, but this particular recipe is gluten-free[8] AND vegan! Avocado is the key ingredient of guacamole which is a healthy fat and it helps the CBD oil infuse more easily due to CBD oil being fat-soluble.

Ingredients:

  • 3 medium ripe avocados (halved, peeled and, seeded)
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • ¼ tsp ground cayenne pepper
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 large garlic clove (minced)
  • 1 tbsp fresh coriander leaves (chopped)
  • ½ jalapeno pepper (finely chopped)
  • ½ medium onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 small tomatoes (seeded and diced)
  • 1 ml of CBD oil

Instructions:

  1. Mash the avocados in a bowl using a fork.
    Add the cilantro, onion, jalapeno, tomatoes, lime juice, cumin, garlic, salt, and cayenne pepper.
  2. Add the CBD oil on top of the mixture and stir in.
  3. Cover the bowl with cling film and allow the guacamole to sit at room temperature for at least two hours before serving.

Vegan CBD Brownies

You can make beautiful gooey CBD brownies at home and the best part is that they are vegan! You can even put these ones in the freezer to last longer. 

Ingredients:

  • 545g all-purpose flour
  • 600g granulated sugar 
  • 270g cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 6 tbsp cocoa nibs
  • 260g mini chocolate chips
  • 1 ½ tsp salt
  • 235ml almond milk
  • 680g apple sauce 
  • 170g cup agave
  • 3 tbsp CBD oil
  • 355ml sunflower oil
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Add all dry ingredients (excluding the chocolate chips and cocoa nibs)  in a bowl and combine.
  2. Mix the wet ingredients in a separate bowl. 
  3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until the mixture is smooth. 
  4. Add the chocolate chips into the mixture and incorporate. 
  5. Pour brownie batter into a parchment lined baking pan. 
  6. Sprinkle the cocoa nibs over the top of the batter.
  7. Bake for 12 minutes at 325F/160C/gas mark 3.
  8. Allow the brownies to cool and cut into 12 portions. 
  9. Store the brownies in a cool dry place.
